Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ronment is also not that good l. They don't use industry software and standards. They always think about their profit and how to spend low money on employees about salary. Increment also delayed. They don't provide food when employees do extra work or extend whole night And lot of office politics also there. And toxic environment and many more things

Dislikes

Not good production no clear data about employees and about their shots distribution. Not proper plannings. They take everything for granted
