Unprofessional management, job insecurity, demotivation, no recognition or appraisal, no monetory benefits, strict time and salary cutting, no bonus, employee favourism and partialities

... to generate more revenue. Internal politics is too high.....no employee morale. Salary won't be credited within 7 days.Lot of employee discretion in this office and management don't even consider it.

Dislikes

...y to work even after working hours till late at night and won't get paid for it. But if we get late to reach office on the morning, salary will be deducted and they don't even have the courtesy to consider the late night works. The worst company I have worked for till now.

There is zero job security. Salary also very low. No salary hike after they have told to do so.No notice period before they are going to end this institute. And we lose our job awithout any notice. I ve got only one day notice period. And the institution on one branch was closed soon.we all were so troubled

What I like most about Cindrebay is the opportunity to grow and learn. I joined as a fresher and I am gaining exposure to various HR functions while getting chance to work directly with the management team. I get constant support and mentorship from my manager which helps me improve in my role

One area that could improve is the office timing
