Its good for orientation to the cases of cardiology. But for medical officer, you are merely a co-ordinator...

Manager to medical officer is transperency less. And there is only per hour salary with 8 months retention of some percent. But with this you dont have any benefit of having paid leave or health insurance cover or anything. Just go, count hours and take money...nothing more, nothing less... It still follows like very small hospital...not like corporate, atleast for medical officers.

Teammates are supportive and company policies are good and they give good salary hike every year

Management doesn't address our issues and lot of pressure to complete the target and career growth is slow

Nice work culture and very friendly and supportive staff also amazing treatment and healing environment for patients

No values of nurse even nurses giving 100% in this hospital . salary is equal to a pt. Attendant or housekeeping staff Many management issue , hr work so poor all are busy with their own stuffs

No doubt a great place to kick start your career and understanding related to Clinical trials. A huge learning environment if you are a hardworking individual.
