Perks and Benefits are good
Dislikes
Lot of micromanagement and very bad work culture.
There is zero job security in this company.
Middle management to upper management all donkeys.
I would never recommend to join this company to anyone.
- Great HR division. They offer nice benefits like customizable insurance, live-in partner insurance, etc.
- Can work remote from anywhere in India
- Flexible work hours, no time tracking
- Freshers can learn a lot, like a looot
- Decent WLB
- Devs will have exposure to AWS and the greater cloud
- Technical managers are open minded and general good people
- Most work is in Node.js but at-least they use Typescript
- Your pay wont increase much with good work/skill
- Upper management is clueless when it comes to technical decisions
- Lay offs, lay offs and lay offs.
- Appraisals can be better
- The level engineering skill is low. You will find weird decisions being made
- Low diversity and not much effort is made to rectify this
Direction less, fake Promotion promise by manager, India HR don't have any idea for Europe Business Unit. Uncertainty.

Good work life balance, nice, helping and friendly teammates, different tech stacks depending upon the team and open environment to take everyone's opinion in consideration while project designing.
Personally feel less importance of Indian employee,
We can't judge to join the company on the basis of initial offered salary in factor list because they will bring it to the level which they want giving 4-5% hike every year by telling you that already you were offered enough salary, if they give you joining bonus first year they will make sure your total salary is even less than joining CTC even after 2-3 hikes telling you to keep calm because you already got enough joining salary years back when you joined. It hurts more if you had other job offers with same or more salary but you decided to join this company. Atleast they would have hopefully not make you felt that in hike cycle that you can't get hike because of your joining salary. Company should not hire people initially itself if they feel it's more for them and they will decrease the salary of the employee later (cutting bonus and negligible increments making salary to decrease)So there is a negative growth and your overall CTC will decrease for few years. However this factor also might depend upon team.
Also for promotion it depends on team to team, for some teams it's good, for some teams it never depends upon how much work you do or your overall input in the team , if manager feels now since you have been at same position since long they will promote you otherwise they will bring plenty of random parameters to justify they can't promote you which doesn't even make sense. They won't discuss those parameters during goal setting time and will bring such random stuffs (even if you never expected that those skills are also important for your promotion) to just validate their point for not promoting you . They should atleast tell people during initial goal setting time about those expectations if they are exceptionally expecting them to be perfect in 100 of technologies and other skills (even if they are not considering those all things for everyone else in promoting). They will bring such random things to justify their point of not promoting which they even didn't gave you chance to work on. They judge on things where you even didn't have got to work on. So those are just random things to prove their decisions. Overall there is negative growth in such kind of teams and very frustrating for hard working employees.
