Management policies are very bad, politics are very worst in this company,They are pressuring the workers without coming infront of them with the help of middle person inbetween management and workers. Management needs only improvement but they not do anything for that improvement,When customer company person visiting the plant responsible person production head runaway from the company before they come...Every day in morning meeting management persons insulting and demotivated the engineers...

Company work is all Good. But politics in management is very low level.Single minded management is the only reason to rate down this company.

They had supporting at all of the level, they are provides all of the securities regarding covid 19. Good working condition and chill nature. About the company most apportunities available. Very nice company.

Working with young CEO Mr. IVAN UBEIRA was great and learning experience for me. He is a very dynamic and professional person who allow employee to do what they feel is best suited for organisation.

Dislikes

Internal people are very bad specially heads level positions excluding Development and IT. They are not at all professional and they don't want other people to grow with company neither they are allowing new initiatives from new employees.
