Management needs only improvement but they not do anything for that improvement,When customer company person visiting the plant responsible person production head runaway from the company before they come...Every day in morning meeting management persons insulting and demotivated the engineers...

Working with young CEO Mr. IVAN UBEIRA was great and learning experience for me. He is a very dynamic and professional person who allow employee to do what they feel is best suited for organisation.

Dislikes

Internal people are very bad specially heads level positions excluding Development and IT. They are not at all professional and they don't want other people to grow with company neither they are allowing new initiatives from new employees.
