...to me. Hr babu Rao behaviour is very bad , he thinks like he is an IAS officer . Emergency leaves not accepted by the manager and if you take a leave they deduct the salary for 2 days

...d managers are like dogs , they don't even understand what is the manager means. The salary is very less and work load is very high

No facilities to employees , No encouragement ,no learning only work pressure like they are producing donkeys , Kashif is a technical manager who humiliate the employees and he has no knowledge about anything except just siting and playing pubg

Only 1 or 2 person is supportive in whole team

No job security and have no human rights no hierarchical approach to complaint in company, only the harassment thru. Shift timings and no value for your personal problems, they give a negative feedback to other company if you left the organization after serving a notice period according to policies and , if I ask for salary slip they provide after one months when I marked reminder mails many times.

Only one thing wfh during covid19 but nothing provided compansation of internet, and other thing like inverter. They strekly force to employees to arrange inverter and broadband connection on own expense. Company never give any compansation.

I work here more than 6 years as L2 technical support executive. No job security no grouth, management level very poor.

I recently got an opportunity to work with CIK Telecom. Like about this company, they are providing WFH, Hiring process is very smooth, Training was good.

Dislikes

Well, I don't know where to start from because there is so much to say. Start with salary - salary will process once you clear the training & call evaluation period which will take 30 days. Some people are taking care of management. No future - whenever they will get a chance, you are out that means you have to proof yourself every time without fail.
