More overload, No salary satisfaction, No Increment, No career growth, Bad management especially HR department... If an employee takes his subject to them, they spend more time digressing from the original subject.

Some get togethers with staff during luch and dinners.

Nothing good in the Research Laboratory. No increments also they pay pay only 16k pm to the staff which is post graduated. Seniors are not at all cooperative specially one of the Research Officer is very rude and misbehaving. Policies of lab are also not good no health insurance and other incentives are provided by the research lab. Only immediate freshers should join for 6 months or so. Experienced staff do not join please.

I got a very big experience from Ciims hospital, I was working as a ICU staff only, I have a very much knowledge about BLS, how to handle the patient who is on ventilator, and how to maintain infection control in hospital..... And i have a very lot's of things learned from this hospital.... I like very much this hospital...I never forget to this experience that I got from this hospital..thanksfor a make me a very good and talented staff..😘

i was there as a senior staff nurse in nuro ICU for 9 yrs then i posted in infection control department i worked there for 6 yrs in infection control department my experience was good and gain knowledge
