Updated policies are not conveyed to the employee at the time of joining. HR do not responds to the queries properly. There is no co-ordination in HR departments (Payroll and leave). HR don't respect the policies and gives excuses of there own. Higher management in IT teams do not respect the processes or frameworks like Agile/Scrum, and encourage team members to do the same.

Don't join this company no stable life here if you are on project till that fine but when you come to bench then they will kick you out. and here don't have growth as well. and also they have acquired 3 company's still they don't have growth.
