HR policy and HR behavior and no response from HR work life balance is hard and also micromanagement

There are times when decisions are biased and there is a clear discrimination between Europeans and Asians

This is a worst company to work with. There is no growth opportunity and you will land in trouble from day 1 once you join the company. Pressure is humongous and no one cares for you as a company employee. Management is extremely unhelpful and ruthless.
