New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

NA. fully bunch of dumps. total management is useless fellows to run any business.

Dislikes

Lot. they are compromising customer data for their benefits and leaked more than 6 crores customer information to hackers but management intentionally leaked data to make money. Most of the data they enter in customer records are not real data, they enter whatever they want.no proof of data security and data correctness. better they close this business and do any other decent job instead of providing incorrect and false data to banks and lending institutions. their report is not worthful for toilet papers.

India s largest Credit Bureau - with strong presence in legacy products like Scores and Reports

Dislikes

Too much unneccessary politics, appeasment of bosses to progress career or expect an unfair and prejudicial treatment - avoid Sales Team at all cost. Only play and perceptiion - hard work, hunger and aptitude will not count. Saurabh Sinha is one manager whom one should avoid at all costs
