Cialfo offer a great learning environment as well as growth opportunities. Job security is little less here, benefits and salary is highlighting points it's attractive and timely you get that.

Dislikes

Some Manager especially in my team they created too much politicsand always trying to pretend different in front of management. Management doens't do cross check that is the only thing which I dislike about cialfo. They only rely on Manager word.

I joined this company considering the fact that it is Singapore-based so it will be highly professional and I'll learn something new here but to my disappointment, the management who sits in India is highly hopeless. The managers can't even recognize your expertise and allocate you the appropriate work which is best suited to your profile. Not even for what you have hired. Also there is nothing to learn as the process itself is highly complicated and don't you dare to come up with the suggestions based on your expertise. The work Culture is highly politics-oriented and even the management is involved in the company politics which is not favorable for the employee's growth and development. The company owners sit in Singapore and don't know what is happening in India operations if the team is happy/satisfied/motivated or what are the challenges they are facing and if they need to speak to someone who is not judgmental and bias. I would highly suggest if someone is looking to join this company, please think not twice but many times as this may be a wrong decision of your professional life.

Managers are trying to save thier jobs.They dont know how to analyse the market properly.Hard for them to continue in the Indian environment with current attitude.Leaders dont have to flaunt thier qualities of you're good at it then eventually your employees will recognise it.
