It's a very insecure environment to work for. Within the span of 3 months, 3 employees were fired and another 1left due to unreasonable cut of 2 days in his salary just because he wanted to take a half day on Saturday. There are no paid leaves and the higher authority who handles the brand is quite abusive and some other members too. Employee of the brand are treated very differently from the Chunmun employees. So if you are going to work for the brand, think twice. They expect you to know everything what they want without even explaining You even once.
