Timings on Saturday need to be flexible. The salary structure needs to be improved slightly.

Working at Chrysalis I have witnessed excellent work culture, supportive management , helpful co-workers, decent salary, nurturing environment for children, well planned curriculum and worksheets. I am happy and proud to be a part of Chrysalis .

* Chrysalis High acknowledges each employee's strengths and weaknesses and works on their individual development along with the student's well-being and new learning teaching techniques. * Encourage two-way communication with teachers, giving room for discussions where they can seek clarifications, share their views, and participate in their professional growth. * Teachers' student-centered approach encourages students to cultivate critical thinking skills. * Well-planned, organized and good system to work with for a long term with good returns.

* Salary not paid in May and the entire salary paid in June. All employees have summer break, which is difficult to manage with no salary in hand.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing as such... The teachers and the head of school should remain constant for the better growth of the institute.
