Nothing much. Lot of learning . Some teachers are working from past 10 years and still the management teaches them the basic things along with freshers. Waste of time. Lot of observations by coordinators, Principal, curriculum team etc. Always have a strict check on teachers as if they are solely responsible for the growth of school.

Dislikes

Useless work which is completely irrelevant to academics like remarks, pupa etc. Transport is free for teachers but pathetic. Even the drivers and aunties look down on teachers...thanks to their transport manager.

Chrysalis is a nurturing environment. If you are sincere u will be supported ably by the management. Timings are good. Coordinators are humans here.They understand the team and are highly supportive.

The coordinator was a gem of a person who knew to behave well with human being. She was very well mannered and the children there were darlings both of whom were the only motivation to work and to feel happy.

Dislikes

The teachers were all enthusiastic to learn and grow but the dirty bias system by the principal made us all frustrated and drag our feet to the school. We were not respected either. We could not think out of the box, our creativity was never appreciated.

Work Details

You should leave your brain outside the gate and enter to the school to teach their way, which is illogical.
