Timings on Saturday need to be flexible. The salary structure needs to be improved slightly.

* Salary not paid in May and the entire salary paid in June. All employees have summer break, which is difficult to manage with no salary in hand.

Working at Chrysalis I have witnessed excellent work culture, supportive management , helpful co-workers, decent salary, nurturing environment for children, well planned curriculum and worksheets. I am happy and proud to be a part of Chrysalis .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Nothing as such... The teachers and the head of school should remain constant for the better growth of the institute.
