Good work environment and culture. Teammates are and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign.

Actually the disciplined culture of Christ Church and even the professional approach towards our subordinates.

Many a times it happens that we want to add something new innovative but not allowed to bcz of old traditions.

I like the people I've worked with my students were very nice and it felt like home

Every work place has its internal politics People come and go but sickness isn't an excuse during crucial times to be taken off the list. I liked the place but unfortunately health is a problem with such places and not everyone understands when their plans are personal and not professional.

As a teacher u have all the freedom to follow yr techniques . The Management is extremely kind towards the trs ... As a New comer it has taught me new skill and my 6yrs has molded me as a refined Teacher

Nothing it's an excellent school
