Comparatively growth is little slow as well the compensation, sometimes we work over time, the work is appreciated and valued but at the same time there must be some monetary or non monetary benefits provided.

The management is transparent and teammates are supportive. Company policy is gud appraisals are very gud with a gud salary hike .

There is nothing one to disike but yes a little bit of work load to meet the status and reputation of the school. But its a very gud experiences

Too much politics... management should think wisely and take decisions rather just listening to the misinformation given by few jealous noknowledge staff. The institute will only grow if the management is strong in taking wise decisions to keep them who will be able to strengthen the pillars of the institution- loyalty doesn’t come from fake buttering or putting someone down for going forward. Not everybody who have chosen this noble profession are good in playing dirty politics.

One of the best and reputed school in Bangalore. Facilitators gets the freedom to input their creativity in curricular and non-curricular activities. Head of the institution and colleagues are very supportive and Helpful . The ambience and welcoming nature of the staffs motivates anyone who enter the school compound. Appraisal /salary depends upon the performance of individuals.
