Company is good for working environments,

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9 to 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my work, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Salary problem.bonus also deduction from our salary.. salary not increase at on time..salary increase difference gatteing after 2_3 month..salary is not getting good.

Its a company that helps you develop your skills. Freedom in decision taking is what I love about the work culture.. Its a leader in the state in automobile sales. Tough enviorment to work in but prepares you for anything in future. Team size is huge handling over 180 people.. a chanllenge in itself but there never a dull day at work. Always on your toes. Keep you active and ticking
