At starting stage Management give good encouragement to new employees,at the same time they do n't give proper work and value to senior employees and they sent out with silly reasons. No job security in this organisation.

Getting poor language education to my childrens. Want good quality education to my children's in the city culture. No living quarters to my company due to I am living in poor quality house. No provide health insurance.
