Management is good but too much trusts upon HR & Admin who are spoiling company culture and ultimately company is suffering loss. Employees are not staying for too long because of toxic culture.

Dislikes

...ompany policy but until finds replacement, be it 1 month, 2 months or even more. If you leave yourself then no salary is paid and F&F is done. Once someone resigns, he starts blaming that one has wasted company's time & money but he doesn't talk upon his failure & wrong promises he has made. Only needy people are able to stay & good people are not joining/staying due to his behaviour.

Nothing to like, If any body have not any job then do here to survive with compromise.

...inted, #No Mediclaim in probation period, Probation period is for 11 months, # Salary not on time, # Material availability is very poor, #Logistics system is terrible #Dispatch schedule is not proper And last but not least This is basically trading firm and no any value for sales team.

In chowdhary rubber MNC is associated like. a business partner.Availabilty of raw materials and segments of materials in huge quantity.Many challenges are here and I love challenges.

Dislikes

Deficiency of working culture.No training and appraisal programme.No HR policy.Company has own policy.Have to work in given atmosphere.
