Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The sign on bonus.

Dislikes

A lot. They allow married couples to work in the same unit. They also allow intimate relationships within the unit thereby putting strain on the other staffs due to favoritism and unfair patient loading.

During covid pandemic. I dont sense the sincerity of the institution yo help their employees. Firstly they are exposing probees who doesnt have any health insurance to covid floors without even having a hazard pay.. secondly few probees have been already tested positive with the virus and yet the company do not even extend some help they claimed they did but in reality once admited only SSS and philhealth were used the rest you need to pay it on a stagard basis.
