It is very disappointing to give feedback again but no other option and i hope you all are understand the situation that how hard to work under inept senior. I am writing to provide you with feedback regarding my recent resignation from the company. I feel it is important to bring to your kind attention the reasons behind my decision, as they significantly impacted my experience and well-being during my time with the organisation. First and foremost, i experienced continuous harassment throughout my tenure, which created an unhealthy work environment. the nature of this harassment included unwanted assignments with immediate deadlines that were outside the scope of my regular responsibilities. These demands put undue pressure on me and affected my ability to fulfill my primary duties effectively. Additionally, the frequency and urgency of these assignments indicated a lack of consideration for my workload and personal well-being. Moreover, the office environment was marred by pervasive politics, which adversely affected the overall workplace culture. It became evident the personal agendas and favoritism played a significant role in decision-making, processes, rather than merit and competence. This politicization compromised the fairness and transparency that should exist within a professional setting, creating a sense of disillusionment and frustration among employees. Furthermore, i witnessed the Branch Manager misusing their power and authority. Despite lacking the necessary qualifications and skills for their position (he don't know the basic English words and spelling and how to write an email, always asking for help), they consistently made poor decisions that negatively impacted the team and hindered our ability to perform at our best. Their misuse of power not only undermined the professional growth of individuals but also hindered the overall success of the organization. Finally, i found the policies surrounding leave and gate passes to be unnecessarily burdensome. the procedures in place for taking a single leave or securing a gate pass in case of emergencies were overly complicated and time consuming. This added unnecessary stress and inconveniences during critical moments, leaving me feeling unsupported and undervalued as an employee. in light of these experiences, i felt compelled to resign to prioritize my well-being . I hope that by sharing this feedback, the company can take necessary measures to address these issues and create a healthier and more equitable workplace for current and future employees. I felt this all happens to me because of previous feedback given which was regarding the working hours and after this feedback a positive mail dropped by the company for the same. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
