The work life balance is superb and the North HR team is highly supportive and the best team to work with. You will get a lot to learn and also will be given ample of opportunities to prove your skills and capabilities.

Dislikes

For freshers compensation is very low and also infrastructure is not as good as of IT companies.

Salary get credited on time. Moreover, the increment process is done by one's yearly performance.

Dislikes

No time for home, we have to have to work like cow. We come to office at 9:00 am and no time to return home. Abusing words by seniors. Even if we take leave we are being called and asked to do complete the task. Lots of uneducated/unskilled person getting a big sum of money.

There is literally nothing to like about Cholamandalam Investment & Finance.

Dislikes

...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
