... to give promotion to the employees who have worked for many years in our Chola. Again, he failed to increase the salary. Some managers use bad words.

... any executive to move any other company. Also not give promotion to executive. Only they increase salary by 500-1300 yearly only after they get to know, you think yo switch other company.

Same as above. Not recommended if you are futuristic and need growth in career.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It will help to get a career growth and also help my internal teammates with my jobs.The training period is such a wonderful memory moment in Kochi.

Im the only man to control in my branch singly. The work pressure is high and also my compensation very low. Im dealing files , collections , insurance , customers and employees in that branch. There is no manpower in that section

Not much but salary comparison is little high than industry

It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience
