Should give enough promotion and salary for lower level associates, they are the frontline workers and they are working for so long.

Best place with employee benefits. Best pay, incentives and additional incentives, medical covers, company car, shares, etc. Best place for financial growth.

Work Culture needs to improve for business team. The team is working on it and looking forward for a better culture in few years.

Salary get credited on time. Moreover, the increment process is done by one's yearly performance.

No time for home, we have to have to work like cow. We come to office at 9:00 am and no time to return home. Abusing words by seniors. Even if we take leave we are being called and asked to do complete the task. Lots of uneducated/unskilled person getting a big sum of money.

...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.
