...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

...ead generation is easy as it's infrastructure as well as market reputation good. Salary structure and training is technology based.

Dislikes

Most of the superior better but some not mention their name not supportive rather they give prior business but not solve the that time market problem.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.conpany policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of Politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which. which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work environment is excellent. Good Culture. Seniors are very supportive. Appraisals and salary hike is very good, bonus part is only satisfactory not too much good.

Dislikes

Overall work culture is very good but there is some thing which I found not good that is there is no any platform for juniors to complaining about their co-workers and senior.
