It should improve employee welfare calture no weekly off no leave, if on leave have to attend con call . Worst culture of any time con call. Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience

...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salaryhike and bonus every year.
