...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

Not Very Good But Satisfactory Salary Compensation

No holidays, You have to work all 7 days a week but as per HR attendance system they mark your attendance 5 days rest 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) are weekly off. Working hours starts early morning from 6 am and there is no fixed time to return back to home. Apart from these if you are in recovery department and if your targets were getting short then you will be forced by seniors to get it achieved through you salary.like this there are many more things which are wrong in this organisation specially in Bihar & Jharkhand.

...nd no any types Over Targets or work presure.. company managment is very good .. no any issue for monthly salary , incentive or Bonus they are credit on time .

I am working Here last 8 year but comapare to other company salary increment or pramotion is not getting.. thats why many employe leave this job and going other company .. also employe medical Facility is not good ..

..., No such parameters were decided for Sales it means everything you have to do . If you assign extra work then you have to communicate on Appointment letter, Also Package was different package seems very good Your incentive part also included in your package. No Social Life after Join that organisation
