No time for home, we have to have to work like cow. We come to office at 9:00 am and no time to return home. Abusing words by seniors. Even if we take leave we are being called and asked to do complete the task. Lots of uneducated/unskilled person getting a big sum of money.

Office work timing not fixed. We have not sufficient time for family

Good company as compare to other NBC Salary is not as level No work life balance You have to work for 24 hr Join office early at 9 am leave office after 8 pm After that they will call you at home to work from home after 8pm Very bad working culture specially if you are working in unsecured loan department that is CSEL DEPARTMENT

Toxic work culture. Higher level of politics. Frequent concall. Unorganised work flow. No training and development at all. No job security. Hire & Fire policy. HR role is limited to hiring only. Weekend and late night working. No work life balance.
