There is only one thing that salary done on time. No other benefits.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Management never trust on you. During your initial tenure, you are kept in sky and after few months, you are tackled very badly. During last 2 years, more than 50% employees eigther left or has been removed by management.

Production and factory staff is very helpful compared to office staff. Skill development and learning is better compared to other company.

Dislikes

Everything is best but internal politics for employees to employees is not good

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
