I'm working in project and Engineering department. Too much politics in the department. And straight forward people can't working in the department. Waste of Choithram,s money in the department. Manager and coordinator he don't know about field work and technical work.

Company management and HR team is good , support for employees. But some market manager and maintenance department people very worst behaviour and not truthful.. Maintenance manager and Coordinator support of this type of employees..

I like working at Choithram's that I met new people everyday from different countries. And learnt something from them.

Dislikes

I don't like working hours. Sometimes we need to do overtime even we don't want that.

I am very thankful to my company because I learnt to much about retail. It was a great experience with T Choithrams & Sons. They always ready to help for poor child food. donation in middle East for helpless people.
