It's a comfort zone... Work life balance was excellent correct 9 hrs working pattern , Saturday Sunday off + casual leave + sick leave etc.. Not much pressure works... Descent remuneration... Overall a good experience.

Dislikes

First of all job security was a big Zerooo.... There is a lot of politics. Most of the the employees have average 10yrs of experience with choice, so it's very difficult for a new member to work with those egomaniacs and retrograde colleagues. MD is like a dictator,who continously interfeare each and every work of employees from housekeeping staff to top, so managers are actually like a puppet in hands of management."Due to this culture everybody is working for them only, nobody is working for the company."
