Even if you at sales domain at beginning they give you atleast 3-4 month time to settle down there. And this is for branches where I was used to work.if you are at HO,s so it's like permanent type job role irrespective which domain you are at.(Sales, operation,etc)

Dislikes

No such dislike are there.yeah trying to get hike as much as you can cause once you are joined there they do not give satisfactory hike and not frequently also. They will give hike 4-5% usually .

Food is free if you are ok with anything cooked in marwari manner, They hire freshers

Management, Family comes first, They don't have any hiring criteria. My manager was earning 5 times of me with 25% of knowledge

26 Oct 2020 I joined the company from there I got to learn many more new things my colleague are too great they are also friendly in nature and helps me whenever I need help in any work ,appreciate me and I will relly love to continue this job in this company for my further growth in future ,good work environment.

Nothing is worth liking, no planned goals or direction w.r.t company's vision and mission, more of a lala company

Lots of politics, only people whose relatives are at senior positions are treated well, no job security, wrong hiring without having work for the field for which the person is being hired, I was asked to leave and search for a new job within 4-5 months of joining as the Company had no assignments or tasks for the profile for which they hired me had. Weird culture, employees will not talk to new joinees and treat very differently and just keep on staring, Not at all a professional organisation, completely family run company, Also the good comments and reviews provided previously are scripted beware of the same, the same are written by those who are relatives of the company senior management who only prefer giving senior positions to their relatives
