Only one thing in your company is good and that is research reports.

...rrency trading your tips/message comes for trading and you book profit around 0.10 paisa so what client earn if he pay 0.02% brokerage in one side.

Staffs is very good almost like a family

Dislikes

Very bad language pf SM and also partial to his girlfriend breaking all corporate laws and having relation to junior employees and account handlers are Broking revenue oriented not client’s profit oriented and really a scamster.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
