Salary increment policy very bad ,only ₹631 increase of f.y 2018-19, and esic and epf benifit stopped by reporting manager, salary release every month late , conveyance release too late approximately 3,4,5,6 month late

you can not expect good behavior from any one. no respect for the position. they will compelled you to leave after completion of project. no one accept any thing better or new. you will feel lyk a robot after few days of work. leaves are very less compared to others.

My experience with Choice Consultancy, particularly in the GFC vertical, was quite challenging. The department's work environment is highly stressful and lacks the support necessary for employees to thrive. Unfortunately, under the leadership of Director Harsh Saraogi and Manager Ronak Agrawal, I encountered issues that made the job mentally exhausting. The management style in this department contributed to a high-pressure environment, where I felt constant mental strain. In my opinion, there is a need for improvement in how employees' well-being is handled, and I would advise caution for anyone considering a role in the GFC vertical.

Job Security is good, Work culture is also good, management and Company policies are also great.

I just don't like that the payment I get through the company is as per my experience and Work and also the politics of higher authorities deframe employees under them so that the direct contact and transparency is not good

In this company, the person whose identity is there, there is no problem here in doing the job and his job security is also there and he also gets a promotion and the one who does not have a reference here, he is never removed by YellowLog and here everything is fine for the one who butters his senior and there is also a problem for the people who have their work.
