I love this Company because working culture and environment is good, seniors are Co-operative, individually and openly working atmosphere, Companies HR policies is admirable etc and specially HR is very good.

Dislikes

Company is very decent, but my personal opinion is that if you work hard, giving your effort cent percent and play your positively then you will get pain. Because last 10-12 months employees is not getting any appreciation , not any good suggestions or advice from senior levels. It is very surprise to me that employees could not justify his value at all. Thanking you.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
