Salary is paid in time as agreed . Good natured behaviour shown by managers and staff in general. Importance given to Safety

Dislikes

No work - life balance, long working hours plus long travel hours amounting to 15 hours daily. No holidays. Discrimination based on nationality. Japanese and Indonesians get paid home leaves every 3 months . Indians and Philippines employees get only unpaid leaves that too every 6 months

I had a wonderful time with Chiyoda and I would like to Thank Chiyoda for giving me an opportunity to work one of their projects. working atmostphere is excellent, No internal politicts like other companies, Management staffs are very supportive and appreciate for the hard work you done for theproject.

The cimoany is open to innovation and new latest technology. It is one of the best Japanese company i ever worked. Another ppoint is collegues from different country and culture are working happily. I also like employee hiring polcy.

Dislikes

There is no such dislike from my side. Only the thing is there is no current project. We all most all employee are waiting for new project and new job

The corporation speak of itself the very best guidance to their employee, proper process rules and implementation on any phase of ongoing projects. Well concerned on important matters beneficial to human needs. Observed good working condition to any possible aspect in time of crisis preventing from faulty operation. Lastly growth of carrier is expected to gain work experience thru their skill and development and learning in time of employment.

Don"t have disliking 'bout the corporation in fact it help me much for the growth of my carrier thus became a referral for succeeding employment i have to different companies abroad.

I like their management very systematic and very supported in term of team works and providing detail documents.

Sometimes tried to push the activities ahead of schedule and always looking progress alway and sometimes pressure Is high.
