Chittlesoft is known for it's positive and healthy workplace practices. It is said that the way your employees feel is the way the customer will feel. This company has not only been successful in retaining many long-standing employees but also ensures a safe and secure work environment for all it's employees.

It's been an excellent place for me to build my skills and find my strengths through a diverse range of projects, for good clients. The company culture is great, which helps maintain a team with a good work ethic, who interact well with each other. But my primary reason for staying with the company for many years is the management. Every manager and team leader at Chittlesoft maintains a positive, professional attitude. They are approachable and understanding, and their communication is great. They do not micromanage, and are receptive to ideas. At this women-led company, profession respect is expected of everyone, and their excellent HR manager enforces the same. I have found this to be a safe and comfortable workplace, both in person and remote, for me as a woman, which is my top priority in choosing a workplace.
