A good space to grow and upskill from a beginner perspective, you get to learn on yourself because there is hardly anyone to guide you in most departments, so you make a mistake and you learn from it.

Dislikes

Poor Management. Pressurised work environment messes up with your work life balance. Office politics at all time high, no growth prospects. No performance evaluation and appraisals, no matter how hard you work your performance will be judged on criterias that have nothing to do with your field of work and mostly has to do with office politics. Directionless leadership.
