long working hours and when salary day comes, they show you thumb, useless bosses, do not ever join this company if you love your family, no carrier growth, bosses dont need your expertise, use less meetings and comments.

If you're a beginner then this a good company for learning basics of POY industry.

No management and work culture, Poor facilities to staff, And upper management doesn't want to take responsibilities on work that comes under their job titles.

I liked the atmosphere there, the cooperation with the staff, the all religions culture atmosphere and the freedom to work independently without any pressure

company hiring process sucks and the management only bring their relatives for senoir postion and due to this company employ suffer becuase of bad management.
