I did not find any thing which i mentioned for like or good.

Already i have mentioned that any thing to every thing interms of culture , salary, benefit, job security, development all are very disgusting, Pathetic and horrible. Specially Job security, Development, culture and benefit is nightmare. even one find morning when you will be in customer place of office tour you can fire without any notice, without any intimation without any logic, reason can be asking for leave to your manager or you have missed a call of your manager or even Dealer. You can not expect any type of skill development, because i did not find any manpower who have minimum or Zero knowledge about the product line. product is sold based on price only. I found very poor or zero quality manpower in this organization in terms of Product knowledge. Before Joining Think Twice or you can research from your local market about the company, product line, culture, benefit. and last but not least about company fire policy.

I am working here for the past 2 years even pandemics are also handled very good, and very cooperative in the work culture, management is very nice, the company also provides a family health policy and many other official policies also

most of policies is good, however can be still more policies which is missing and devlopment in existing policies.

It is an open platform encourage all the employee to use their talents and develop ability; I have the chance to work together with the colleague come from China, India, Singapore ,Vietnam and other countries, really wonderful experience to work here
