Supervisor and staff behavior's and they will give tell salary will be something and you will always receive the salary 7k less each month

...rpose. Most of the time I enjoyed my duty. I was fairly rewarded for my work . As compared to other hospitals more medical facilities, leave(15SL,30EL &10CL annually) and good wages(salary on time). I had support and encouragement at work. I worked with people who appreciated me as a person. My nursing superintendent helped me to succeed. At work I achieved my goals.I learned many thing in the workplace. This is a better place to work very peacefully, but some of the staffs are miss using the opportunity. heartfelt thanks to the management for giving me an opportunity to work there🙏

I don't like hospital union. Some people are coming only to get their salary on time ,but they do not do any work. They are only creating issues...

There is no security for staff nurse and there is no mercy from NS to her staff nurses.There is an imbalanced nurse patient ratio like 1:15.its really hard to work in that hospital.

Very Good Nursing Staff, Work Life Balance is Good! Job Security is In Question Coz They Started Telling hospital is under loss and paid a months salary after 60 days of work and now They Have Half Staffed Everyone Here Now , We work Only Fifteen days and we Get 1/2 salary ! Horrible experience since past few months, planning to quit!!!

Working alongside the senior most and experienced dentists is the best thing I would like to comment about where the learning process is a never ending blessing anyone would long for..

The most dissatisfying thing in here is the over rulings and over smartness of the dental assistants and the irritating intervention of the Hospital staffs and fellow dentists into the personal life where they (even the 4th grade employees) are allowed to comment and recommend the job continuation of a Doctor in the institution. And so, if you ask me to rate the work life standard of the hospital out of 10, I would mark it maximum 3. Nothing more, nothing less.
