i don't like any things in this hospital staff and management behavior's are very bad

Supervisor and staff behavior's and they will give tell salary will be something and you will always receive the salary 7k less each month

Good work environment and culture and they give a good salary company policies are good canteen facilities is there

There's is a lot of politics in seniors

Overall I enjoyed working in Chinmaya mission hospital Indiranagar until I got another chance. I did not follow the politics of work. I cared for my patients and did my job. I think management is doing a great job. I am completely satisfied with my work. My work had a clear sense of purpose. Most of the time I enjoyed my duty. I was fairly rewarded for my work . As compared to other hospitals more medical facilities, leave(15SL,30EL &10CL annually) and good wages(salary on time). I had support and encouragement at work. I worked with people who appreciated me as a person. My nursing superintendent helped me to succeed. At work I achieved my goals.I learned many thing in the workplace. I don't like hospital union. Some people are coming only to get their salary on time ,but they do not do any work. They are only creating issues...

Work Details

The job is quite interesting!. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
