Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Supportive staff and less work pressure, feeling like family and knowledge hub. Best for freshers for learning.

Very low salary and HR policy not in favour of employees, also no any value of its experience employees.

Work life balance very good. Week off 2 and 4 Saturday Sunday. 75% Gujarati culture. Canteen facility, traveling, low work load very good.
