Work life balance very good. Week off 2 and 4 Saturday Sunday. 75% Gujarati culture. Canteen facility, traveling, low work load very good.

Dislikes

All management decisions handling only Taiwan manager. We all designation vise section is not fix because transfer to any section any time.
