Nothing good just slave like work no holidays 365 days of work 12 hrs at site no ot for 12 hrs.

Salary date Is not fixed will come some time even delay 30 days no work culture, no safety culture just work like slave all day.

...ge barriers but management is excellent and they got solution of every problems.very hard working and good working environment with excellent salary.

...maintain and consider its qualified and competent employees for future projects. Career growth possibility is very less in CPECC A systematic way for employee appraisal and annual salary review is not in place. Increments may get once in two or three year and that also not reasonable & justfiable. Business travel chance is very less for expatriate employees like me, maximum Chinese nationals will take this opportunities for business travel. May be some internal politics within the projects groups, but I am not sure and solid evidence with me. work environment is average and managable, Life style in project camp is like a village in China, either they don't know or don't care life style and requirement other than Chinese employees. Chances of innovation is limited and work life balance is good

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
