Good work environment and culture team mates are supportive. I am so Happy for working at china construction sausam (INDIA) Pvt LTD and Company fully supported. All sausum employee covid -19 pendmic situation. I spend a very good time with the company and thank you very much for some good education .

Good work and culture. Company police are very good appraisal are fair and they give good salary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
