Salary structure is poor and appraisal is minimal. Decision for CIF employees is slow.

Only the colleagues and Few Managers, Management people.

Dislikes

No Job security from last one year. No increment from last 3 years. After 4 to 5 months salary is not coming and there is no proper answer from management. Top management people are resigning from the organisation and currently no recruitment. Even media is saying that cloud on childline service. Top management is responding at snails speed.

It's the best place to work in Childline India Foundation as the work culture provides full freedom to work on your own with stipulated deliverables on time, this helps in self-discipline and growth along with the growth of the organization. The management team is very cooperative and supportive

Dislikes

Compensation is not up to the market trend. Work pressure is high at certain levels. But the organization trying to raise general fund so that they can support the quality staff in long run

Likes

Working as a childline volunteer is very secure and I am very much happy to work in a friendly environment. It also helps in improving experience and develop team spirit. Working in a childline can also create a social environment by helping the children who are in need.

No dislikes very satisfying job but according to this generation I feel salary is a bit low as it is a social service
