No Job security from last one year. No increment from last 3 years. After 4 to 5 months salary is not coming and there is no proper answer from management. Top management people are resigning from the organisation and currently no recruitment. Even media is saying that cloud on childlin e service. Working as a childline volunteer is very secure and I am very much happy to work in a friendly environment. It also helps in improving experience and develop team spirit. Working in a childline can also create a social environment by helping the children who are in need.
